My elderly parents AC hasn't been working properly, so an appointment with Jones Mechanical was made to check out the system. I met with the Technician, and his helper the morning of the appointment. He was thorough in explaining his steps to fix the problem. Within a hour, a leak was found on the suction valve on the condensing unit, (most likely from overheating during the solder process and melted the rubber seals in the valve), leak was fixed, unit was charged with freon, the system was cooling, and they were loading up to head to the next job. Both the Tech, and his helper were very professional, courteous, and efficient. And a very reasonable price charged for the services performed. I would not hesitate to recommend Jones Mechanical to anyone who needs repairs to their HVAC system.
